B标段，由三環路交大(dà)立交橋改造工(gōng)程（不含底層道路）和蜀龍路五期（建設北(běi)路北(běi)延線）工(gōng)程（不含下(xià)穿成綿樂鐵路框架橋工(gōng)程）兩個工(gōng)程組成，兩個工(gōng)程都連接三環，在三環上的距離約15公裏左右。 蜀龍路五期（建設北(běi)路北(běi)延線）（不含下(xià)穿成綿樂鐵路框架橋工(gōng)程）項目位于成都成華區，連接蜀龍路4期和二仙橋北(běi)路，路線長約4.4公裏，主要有：與三環互通的蜀龍立交1座（新建）、橫穿成綿樂等鐵路的下(xià)穿道（不含下(xià)穿成綿樂鐵路框架橋工(gōng)程）、二仙橋北(běi)路段高架橋三部分(fēn)組成。 三環路交大(dà)立交橋改造工(gōng)程，項目位于成都金牛區西北(běi)部三環路與交大(dà)路交叉處，将原來的交大(dà)路高架橋上跨三環通過的立交改造成互通立交，遷移跨三環的人行天橋2座，匝道橋9座，以及底層輔道等。
