Xiamen Second East Corridor Project is a provincial key project. Its sea-crossing bridge section follows the construction concept of "factory, large-scale, standardized, and assembled". The substructure adopts large-scale prefabricated piers. It is the second cross-sea bridge project in China and the first in our province that adopts the vertical dry joint matching prefabrication method. Among them, the prefabrication of piers and abutments is the key process of the entire project. A total of 35 prefabricated piers and abutments are required, divided into 83 components, and the prefabrication period is 18 months.
廈門第二東通道工(gōng)程爲省重點項目,其跨海橋梁段遵循“工(gōng)廠化、大(dà)型化、标準化、裝配化”的建設理念,下(xià)部結構采用裝配式大(dà)型預制墩台,是除港珠澳大(dà)橋外(wài)國内第二個、我(wǒ)(wǒ)省首個采用豎向幹接縫匹配預制工(gōng)法的跨海橋梁項目。其中(zhōng),墩台預制爲整個項目的關鍵工(gōng)序,共需預制墩台35座,分(fēn)爲83個構件,預制工(gōng)期爲18個月。
