Chengdu Huachuan Highway Construction Group Co., Ltd., Chengdu Dijian Industrial Co., Ltd., China Airport Construction Ninth Engineering Corps, Chengdu Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd.該項目南(nán)起二環路南(nán)府河橋西側，向西經紅星路、人南(nán)、新光路、永豐、成溫、營門口、九裏堤立交，北(běi)止二環路北(běi)府河橋西東側，全長15.2公裏。主要工(gōng)程内容包括互通立交、快速路系統（高架橋）、道排、大(dà)容量快速公交系統（土建部分(fēn)）、智能交通管理系統（土建部分(fēn)）及其附屬工(gōng)程。工(gōng)程建設預計總投資約27億元。
