　　Recently, the reporter learned from the Fujian Provincial Expressway Group that the guardrails, dividers and other traffic safety facilities of the Panasonic Cross-sea Bridge Section of the Changping Expressway Phase II Project have been installed, and the road traffic markings have also been drawn. The second phase of Changping Expressway is expected to open to traffic simultaneously with the Pingtan Highway-Railway Bridge in June.
    近日，記者從福建省高速集團了解到，長平高速公路二期工(gōng)程松下(xià)跨海特大(dà)橋段的護欄、分(fēn)隔帶等交通安全設施已安裝完畢，路面交通标線也已畫好。長平高速二期有望于6月份與平潭公鐵兩用大(dà)橋公路部分(fēn)同步通車。

　　It is reported that, as the controlling project of the second phase of Changping Expressway, one-third of the pile foundations of the Panasonic Cross-sea Bridge are located in the bare rock area and the rock strength is strong. This process solves the problems of unstable rock formation, large undulations of the seabed, and shallow overburden, and introduces the descending mobile formwork with the largest highway span in China, which effectively overcomes the strong winds and harsh sea conditions in coastal areas.
    據悉，作爲長平高速二期工(gōng)程的控制性工(gōng)程，松下(xià)跨海特大(dà)橋有三分(fēn)之一(yī)的樁基位于裸岩區域且岩石強度大(dà)，爲此項目部采取“裸岩雙護筒”等多種工(gōng)藝解決了岩層不穩定、海床起伏大(dà)、覆蓋層淺等難題，引進國内公路跨徑最大(dà)的下(xià)行式移動模架，有效克服了沿海地區的大(dà)風和惡劣海況。

    據介紹，長平高速二期和平潭公鐵兩用大(dà)橋在海上連接，将與平潭公鐵兩用大(dà)橋公路部分(fēn)同步通車。目前，平潭公鐵兩用大(dà)橋公路部分(fēn)主體工(gōng)程已經全部完工(gōng)，預計今年6月可完成施工(gōng)并具備通車條件，具體通車日期需待批準确定。
